During our last season, we celebrated 25 years of music making for our Lakeshore Community and beyond. As we move on to our 2009-2010 concert season, we are ever mindful of our need to continue to improve our musicianship, be focused on the ongoing task of providing quality music literature, and be sensitive to the tastes of both our players and our audiences.

At the same time we must be appreciative of our donors and subscribers. Their continued support is essential. Without them, we could not exist. We must continue the philosophy of making all the components of the Lakeshore Wind Ensemble organization sincerely feel that they are part of a musical family which must be nurtured and sustained. We are very proud of what we have achieved in the past 25 years. With the support of our musicians, our donors and our subscribers, there is no doubt that the next 25 years will be even more fruitful.
