Welcome to the site of the University of Wisconsin Colleges Philosophy Department. The University of Wisconsin System is made up of twenty-six campuses, half of which are UW Colleges. The UW Colleges offer freshman/sophomore level courses leading to an Associate of Arts and Sciences Degree and also serve collectively as a baccalaureate-transfer institution for the UW System and other colleges and universities. The department is staffed by 26 faculty members and 5 emeritus members distributed across the thirteen campuses.
